Raw Material and Systems Sourcing

For our luxury fenestration systems, we partner with top-tier suppliers to provide narrowest sightline thermally broken profiles that maximize energy efficiency. We rigorously test these materials for air and water infiltration, structural integrity, and impact resistance, all while maintaining a focus on architectural design.
Production
From smart cutting machines to advanced 5-axis CNC machines, we utilize high-performance equipment that delivers exceptional speed and accuracy. Once the parts are cut and shaped, assembly begins. To ensure the finest and strongest joints, we use manual laser welding. Our surface preparation team then takes over, carefully cleaning and sanding each product in preparation for the burnishing process.
